Printed letter of the Ohio Company notifying non-resident proprietors in the Ohio Company at Boston of their next meeting to be held January 23rd [1793]. Dates of the meeting and letter are handwritten; letter is signed by James Bowdoin and addressed on the back page to Nathaniel Brown of Ipswich, Mass. Blank power of attorney is included for proxy voters.
